Luwam’s fascination with talent acquisition began 14 years ago. Over the years she has developed comprehensive recruiting expertise in both the agency environments and as part of corporate HR departments. She has created strategies that have attracted hard-to-find talent in IT, Finance, Marketing, M&A and other shared services groups. Luwam holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from McGill University and a postgraduate diploma in Applied Information Technology from ITI.
